This photo was taken at the close of a citywide event we hosted for the people of Charleston on the anniversary of the Emanuel 9 tragedy.  It represents a time of transformation and healing for our city.  We offer it here as a glimpse of what we do. The first rainbow was given as a promise. We find promise in people and in organizations and bring it forth. We find promise when all looks lost and when things are going well. We help you see the big story and know how your story fits in it. We help you create vision and then turn vision into reality for yourself, your people and your business --and in this case for the city we call home.

PS... It was a perfectly formed double rainbow. The camera lens wasn't big enough. Isn't that just like organizational change efforts? Sometimes you need a bigger lens. We bring the big lens and the zoom.
